Whimsical Vintage Paradise NY dress. 

  • Bias-cut silhouette that drapes naturally over the body, can be worn as a cowl or off the shoulder neckline with softly ruffled flutter sleeves.
  • Made from a lightweight, sheer chiffon-style fabric adorned with a dark romantic floral pattern against a solid black base with beading detail. Finishes into a flowing, asymmetrical handkerchief hemline.
