Shipping policy

NZ Standard Shipping 2-5 business days 

NZ Rural Shipping 2-6 business days 

AUS Shipping 4-10 business days 

If you require overnight shipping please discuss this with us prior to purchasing and we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. 

Courier pick up is booked every Tuesday and Thursday. If orders are made on or inbetween these days your order will go out on the following pick up day.

Once an item has been shipped, Continual Store is not responsible if the item is lost or damaged in transit. However we will do our best to work with the courier company and customer to find a solution. We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.

Shipped using compostable or recycled packaging.

Overs shipping available upon request.

Continual store does not take responsibility for lost items during transit. If an item is lost an enquiry will be submitted with the courier company and refund issued if posible.
